Hello & welcome to Carrick Camino
Ours goals are 3 fold:
- Give our participants an enjoyable, memorable and reasonably challenging event
- Run a nationally recognised annual event that highlights the beauty and amenities available in our part of the country
- The event is organised and run by Carrick on Shannon Chamber of Commerce and all funds raised by the event go towards the betterment of the town and surrounding areas
Summary of Event:
- 31st of August 2024
- 34km Hike
- Registration in The Market Yard Carrick on Shannon (receive hikers pack and Camino tee-shirt)
- Bus Transfer to start of the Hike in Ballyfarnon
- 3 rest/refreshment breaks along the route
- Finish back in Market yard in Carrick where a hot meal will be provided.
- Enjoy the rest of your time in our beautiful town.
